Our retreats are guided by renowned, professional teachers. Their mission will be to assist you in getting the most out of this experience and support you in a process of personal development, with a close and personal approach.

THE VILLA

A luxurious villa in Valencia with a private pool, where you can experience this retreat with all the comfort you deserve.

Located in the picturesque landscape of Valencia, the villa serves as a refuge for a serene yoga retreat, providing an escape from the demands of everyday life. Surrounded by a private pool and lush gardens, the villa offers an atmosphere of peace and introspection.

The villa is only a 10-minute drive from the airport but is shielded from the annoying noise of planes. Its proximity to the fair, downtown Valencia (15 minutes), and the beach (18 minutes) ensures easy access to various attractions.

Inside the villa, guests can enjoy a variety of amenities designed to enhance their retreat experience. The spacious sea views contribute to the tranquility of the surroundings. The ample and comfortable outdoor spaces, both in the gardens and grill area, as well as on the spacious terraces and balconies, are ideal if you are looking for a peaceful space for self-reflection or outdoor gatherings.

For those seeking a harmonious combination of inner reflection and shared experiences, the villa offers a space where the practice of yoga can flourish amid luxurious comforts and the beauty of nature.

At our retreat, we prioritize creating a healthy environment for our guests. From the natural setting to the nourishing meals we serve, we strive to support and nourish your body and mind. Our chef prepares delicious, healthy meals using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, and we offer a variety of dietary options to accommodate different needs and preferences. We believe that being surrounded by a healthy and natural environment and nourishing your body with healthy food are important aspects of a truly restorative retreat experience.

The food we serve will be vegetarian/vegan.

THE PROGRAM 

Reset Retreat is a Yoga and personal growth retreat in Valencia, a paradise where you can rejuvenate your spirit, revitalize your body, and embark on a deep journey of self-reflection. Our carefully curated yoga retreat program encompasses various mind-body practices, ensuring a comprehensive journey of self-discovery, well-being, and transformation of unproductive patterns into an enriching and satisfying lifestyle that extends to both personal and professional spheres. It is meticulously designed to facilitate relaxation through different tools and practices with a strong emphasis on self-reflection to help you connect with yourself with the aim of promoting a healthier work environment and improving your personal relationships, in other words, your overall quality of life.

Each day begins with a gentle morning yoga practice that will awaken both your body and mind. After a nourishing breakfast, you'll have the opportunity to participate in various life training activities and workshops or simply relax by the pool or take time to unwind, connect, and share with other like-minded retreat participants. Evenings are dedicated to relaxation and offer options such as restorative yoga, meditation, sound healing, among other activities. Additionally, there will be ample time for self-care, whether it's meditation or quiet moments for journaling. Our primary goal is to cultivate a supportive and enriching environment that allows you to fully relax, engage in self-reflection, and rediscover a sense of balance and inner peace while also promoting a healthier work environment and a more satisfying lifestyle.

YOGA

Yoga serves as a comprehensive toolkit for enhancing your quality of life, promoting self-reflection, and gaining a deeper understanding of your existence. It is a holistic practice that unites the body, mind, and soul through the art of breath.

Yogasanas, the physical aspect of yoga, improve strength, balance, and flexibility. Yet, yoga transcends mere physical exercises; it encompasses a yogic way of life that entails transforming attitudes, habits, diets, thoughts, and overall lifestyles to align with the philosophies and ethics of yoga. This lifestyle journey leads to equanimity, inner peace, and ultimately, a fulfilling life characterized by freedom, joy, love, and self-reflection, enhancing creativity, and fostering a healthier work environment.

Throughout the retreat, we will explore various yoga styles, ranging from dynamic practices like Vinyasa Flow and Power Yoga to soothing and passive approaches such as Yin Yoga and meditation. Each session incorporates concentration, pranayama (breathwork), asanas (physical postures), and relaxation. Our yoga classes cater to participants of all levels, offering variations for both beginners and advanced practitioners. Classes are conducted in both English and Spanish.

LIFE COACHING WORKSHOPS

Do you find yourself grappling with the challenges of daily life, your current job, or a sense that some pieces of your life's puzzle are not fitting into the larger picture? Perhaps it's challenging for you to express your thoughts and emotions openly, or you simply desire a deeper understanding of your inner self.

No matter your reasons, our life coaching workshops provide the ideal space for gaining clarity, fostering self-reflection, and experiencing personal and professional transformation. These workshops serve as a secure and nurturing environment where we can openly share our core challenges and collectively explore innovative solutions by integrating various coaching techniques and harnessing group dynamics. This process is designed to not only enhance your well-being but also ignite creativity and empower you to design a more fulfilling and healthier work environment, ultimately leading to a more nurturing lifestyle.

Reconnecting with our core values plays a pivotal role in this transformative process. Many conflicts arise from either straying from our values, misrepresenting them, or failing to comprehend that others hold different sets of equally important values. During these workshops, we will embark on a journey of self-reconnection, unraveling the reasons why our inner voices occasionally diverge from reality, and, most importantly, learning to restore balance. Upon completion of the workshops, you will emerge in harmony, better equipped to embrace life to its fullest, and equipped to manage and shift unproductive patterns into a nurturing and fulfilling lifestyle that extends to both personal and professional life.

THAI YOGA MASSAGE

Thai Yoga Massage is very similar to the well-known Thai Massage. The key difference is that it focuses on yoga-like stretches. The yoga therapist aims to relax muscles, increase flexibility and reduce stress. We are conditioned to think of massage as just a relaxing activity.

However, this type of massage draws from Ayurvedic medical practices and while the palpation and stretching of muscles relax, the actual goal of Thai yoga massage is to open up the flow of energy throughout the body. Unblocking channels stimulate uninhibited movement through your circulatory, lymphatic and nervous systems. A Thai yoga massage should leave your internal systems attuned and working together.
 

SOUND HEALING

"Connection, Sounds, and Body Awareness"
A space and gathering to connect, meditate, and resonate with the mindful sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls, Crystal Singing Bowl and Gong, among other percussion instruments. They will help us awaken our senses inward.
Relaxation with sounds aids us in meditation and in not being scattered from everyday reality.
The sounds are immersive and facilitate the relaxation process, helping us achieve a state of body awareness, presence, and cognitive repose.
Through the experience of sound meditation and body awareness, we attain a state of connection between the mind, body, and soul.
