TEAM
SARA
I’ve always been a very empathetic person. I suffered from the other people's problems around me so I was always there to listen to the problems of my friends and try to help them, from a very young age. I was always pretty clear, my goal was to contribute something so that others felt good.
I loved to dance, I did ballet from 3 to 18, this helped me understand and bring awareness of the body and body coordination and gain discipline. I learned to commit to my practice, even sacrificing hours of play for something that I was passionate about. All of this led me to yoga, on one hand, to keep moving my body after quitting ballet classes and on the other hand, to reduce my stress and anxiety during my university time.

My first encounter with Yoga was in 2005, in my hometown, La Laguna, Tenerife. But it wasn't until I moved to Australia that I began regularly attending classes and building my interest and involvement in meditation and the physical practice of Vinyasa Yoga. Yet soon I learned Yoga is so much more than a practice, it is a way of life. So, after years of taking classes, I decided to go off in search of a deeper understanding of the meaning of it all. My journey to becoming a Vinyasa Yoga Teacher took me first to Bali, where I completed 200 hours of training in Ubud. The natural next was the birthplace of Yoga, which is why I landed in Rishikesh, the Capital of Yoga, where I completed 300 hours of RYS.
After travelling the world, teaching and receiving, learning and sharing, today, I'm back in Tenerife, eager to share everything I've learned so far. I want to show you how Yoga has inspired me and how it has dramatically changed the way I view and live my life. With a Bachelor's in Economics, and a Master's degree in Education, believe me, I never thought that I would become a Yoga teacher. But once you unveil the power within yourself, there are no limits. Yoga is about union, connection, compassion, light, love, and peace.

BEN
Hello, I'm Ben,
I'm a web developer and sports enthusiast. Throughout my life I've always enjoyed practising everything and anything I came across, from Thai boxing to tricking, to workouts, acrobatics, running and gymnastics. Naturally, I decided that my career should follow my passion so I gained a Bachelor's in Sports Training, and a Diploma in Classical Massage.

After years of practising Thai Boxing, I realized something was missing. I needed to find a deeper meaning to my life, other than sports, that could be integrated into a healthy lifestyle, and where my passion for movement and mind work could keep growing. That's when I decided to go to Bali and complete a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia, where I met Sara.
Yoga has so much potential to discover your essence. A Life dedicated to spiritual practice is to me, essential to becoming the best version of myself.
