At Magma Yoga, we offer a wide range of yoga styles, from Vinyasa and Asthanga to Yin, Pranayama, Meditation and Yoga Nidra. This diversity allows you to explore and find the approach that best suits your personal needs and goals.
In Tenerife, we enjoy an exceptional climate and unique natural beauty. We offer outdoor and indoor classes in the north and south of the island, allowing you to enjoy the surroundings while practicing yoga.
Our classes are taught in Spanish, English and German, and we do not divide classes by language. We adapt to each person's preferred language, eliminating linguistic barriers.

ASTHANGA
​Asthanga Yoga is based on Patanjali’s eight limbs. It is a dynamic and higher-level sequential asana based practice, which consists of different series.
VINYASA
Vinyasa is a Sanskrit term that means synchronization of movement over breath. This yoga system is characterized by the synchronization of the breath with the movement of the body.
YIN
Yin Yoga is a gentle and meditative yoga style to relax in the present moment and restore the body, mind and emotions.
HATHA
Hatha Yoga is a form of yoga that focuses on physical practice, body alignment, and breathing. It originated in India and is one of the oldest branches of yoga.
